Olive Turning 4 years old Today! Adopted in 2019.

Olive Turns 1 year old

"We got the 1st pick female from Anise's litter last year 3/30/2019. Happy Birthday!

Thought you might like to see some pictures and hear how she's doing.

The litter had 6 females if you recall. So my wife, son and I were in the pen with puppies having a difficult time trying to decide how to pick one. As we sat there, I noticed one at my feet looking up at me so I picked her up. She cozied into my lap and I petted her for a few minutes. My wife said "that one seems nice, let me hold her". The pup cozied into my wife's lap too and before long my son wanted to hold her. As my wife tried to pass her to my son, she held onto my wife's arm with her front paws, pretty tightly, it was kind of amazing. After my wife extracted her arm, my son noticed that one toe on puppy's right rear leg was white and we took that as a sign that this was the one - she had picked us!

We named her Olive but call her Ollie a lot. She is a beautiful dog, about 65 lbs. I get told she is very pretty and asked where I got her on a regular basis. Of course I tell them about Serenity Sprouts.

Olive has a great disposition, very smart, very friendly and playful, she is affectionate, likes to cuddle and has a very good nose. Great swimmer! Adorable to boot. Everything we could have wanted in a dog. We live in Evergreen and take her on lots of walks, fishing, hiking, and ski touring. She is a goer.
