Service Description
We offer free resources on our website and free support via texting. This is for families that prefer a voice conversation to help determine if adopting a puppy from us is a good fit for their family, learn more about how we raise the puppies, and ask any questions about the parents. Be sure to provide the correct phone number in which you wish to be called at check out. We will make up to 3 attempts to call during your scheduled time before your session is forfeited. A gift code for $20 off orders placed the same day as the session will be provided for any orders over $200. Profits from this consultation service will be invested into enhancing our puppy pet and play infrastructure.

We do not offer refunds. Please only book an appointment if you know you will be able to attend.
